If you have an emergency maintenance issue over the weekend, Lakeview maintenance team is here to help! Just remember to follow these guidelines when contacting our emergency number (510-468-0257). Here are emergency situations that require our immediate attention:

• If you have a broken water line or flooding or water leaks of any kind
• If there is a fire (please call 911 first, then maintenance)
• A broken gas line or leak (natural gas smells like rotten eggs)
• If your front door lock is broken
• When there is no heat in freezing weather
• A common issue but definitely an emergency is a clogged toilet when you only have one bathroom or sewer backup that is flooding your apartment
• Refrigerator not cooling/freezing
• Clogged kitchen sink
• Lastly, if you are locked out of your unit (a charge may apply)
