In order to provide better quality machines and added safety features, we also would like to inform you that effective immediately each load use will now be at $2.50. While our company does work hard to keep our pricing as competitive as possible for our residents, this is a necessary increase to keep up with the current cost of materials, operation, and maintenance expenses.

As a small token of our appreciation for all your understanding and patience through the duration of this project, we would like to extend you a free mini laundry high efficiency (HE) detergent, along with some helpful laundry tips, which you can pick up at the leasing office STARTING tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, 2020 from 10:00 am – 6:00pm. (While supplies last)

As an added thank you, Comcast will be serving hot chocolate drinks by the Recreational Room on Saturday January 25, 2020 between 2:00 – 4:30 for all our residents (please come to the office to get your hot cocoa drink tickets). We will be raffling off some great laundry prizes and all residents will be automatically entered! Winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram and prizes can be picked up during the same time from 2:00-4:30PM at the Recreational room.

We hope our new upgraded laundry facility will well serve your needs at Lakeview Apartments. Thank you again for all your patience and understanding!
